If you need to transfer funds quickly, CHAPS lets you make same-day payments, in sterling, to any other bank to the UK. It's secure and efficient.

Making a payment

You can use Corporate Online to instruct sterling CHAPS payments at a reduced cost from your own PC. Please consult your Relationship Manager for any additional guidance required.

Instructions can be faxed if a fax indemnity is held. And if you'd like the beneficiary to be advised once the funds reach their account, we can arrange for that too.

Same-day turnaround – guaranteed

Provided your instruction is received by 2.30pm for payments, we'll guarantee same-day payment. If you use Corporate Online, same day payment is guaranteed if your instruction is received before 3.45 pm. If the payment is to another BOS account then payment is guaranteed if your instruction is received before 5.00 pm.
