In the last 19 years I have worked for both Halifax and Bank of Scotland, in roles ranging from Area Manager within the Halifax retail branch network to National Sales Manager for Bank of Scotland Business Banking. I obtained a postgraduate qualification in Business and Management from Durham University in 2008 and now work in the Specialist Banking team.

Mark Hoskins

My career in banking and financial services spans some 21 years, 15 of which have been spent with HBOS. My various roles over the years included Financial Adviser for Halifax Financial Services, and in 2005 I took the opportunity to move to the Professionals team, where I advised solicitors based in London and the South East. Following a spell working in the Corporate Banking Deposit team, I now focus on assisting regulated sector businesses as part of the Specialist Banking team.

As part of my Worksite remit, I liaised with government and the FSA on the National Strategy for Financial Capability.
